Just a busker..Circular Quay in Sydney last Sunday.
Thought I would start numbering my busker posts - I have a few pics in the library :)

Could you define what a busker is? I've never heard this term before. As far as the pictures go. I like #2 much better. The flames are brilliant and show off a real sense of heat coming from them.

Sorry , I thought it was a "worldly" term.
busker \BUS-kur\, noun:
A person who entertains (as by playing music) in public places.
Busker is from busk, "to seek to entertain by singing and dancing," probably from Spanish buscar, "to seek."
For several years now busking has been legalised in Sydney , they get permits these days. Very popular are the still life or statue people - here's one taken by Kiwibloke:
