I have a powershot A20 and I updated to Zoombrowzer 4.02 but could not download my pictures from the camera, just received the message "No camera was found". Having contacted Canon I was told to download the driver WIA390. I did this but still no camera detected. Any constuctive advice?

Did you installed your Camera Driver? maybe you can try to download it from Canon Powershot website (http://www.powershot.com) based on the operating system you are using now. If this doesn't work, try to use other software to download the picturs such as ACDsee 5. Even today, WinXP can download the picture into your computer directly without any other software.

As u mention about the "no camera found" message, most probaly the problem is in the camera driver.
