I work in Adobe RGB working space and my lab also uses Adobe RGB so it seems it would make sense for me to set the 10D to Adobe RGB.
I am interested to know of others experiences with this setting - how are the photos straight out of the camera (any difference to those with SRGB)?
Also, because the images are not tagged, should I just assign Adobe RGB on opening in PS or do I need to also convert to Adobe 1998 profile.
Cheers

I'm glad somebody got Adobe RGB to work right. When you take an Adobe RGB facial portrait shot and go straight to the printer, the skin tones are muddy and dull. Without being able to figure out how to get the printer calibrated for it correctly, SRGB just looks better on skin tones. I'm dying to see properly rendered skin tones shot and printed with Adobe RGB to see the difference I hear I'm missing.

Rick,
I did get some of those disastrous skin tones before I got it all worked out.
Color calibratrion is such a witchcraft that I doubt I could even retrace my steps,. but I do have,
before (sRGB that looks pretty good)
during (Adobe RGB that looks like crap)
and After prints where it finally all comes together!
It's pretty nice :)
