2 night time shots, seem \"ok\" ?

Lo all, Just wanted to know what people thought about these two night shots. Too bright? too dark? too blurry? etc

ISO 400, -1.0 EV - sony dsc-p72

These are teh first night shots I've done so please take that into account :)

Just OK. Try to shoot a little earlier in the evening so that it is not totally dark.
#1: I can only recognize the stones in the front, the rest is too blurred and too dark to make sense to me (but I don't know the scene from real life)
#2: the foreground is too dark. You might be able to fix it a little in PS.
