Can't reinstall or unistall the ZB...

Hi all,

I've been trying to reinstall my ZB 3.1 from original cd after had to format my HD. 1st time all ok, them I upgraded the 3.1 to 4.02, all runing fine.

But my computer still unstable and the registry was corrupted again (Win98se) and after a blue screen during the scandisk it says "blablabla...restore last working resgistry...". Then after that all stop working in ZB issues. I can't install overwriting the defective registry entry and can't unistall - because the entry in registry is invalid.

Could someone help me?

Call Canon tech support at 800-828-4040. I wouldn't feel comfortable telling you how to modify your registry.

I have some knowledge in registry edition :) and I'm in Brazil, the tech support here just cover hardware (more or less)...
