a-40 problem

ello have a power shoot a-40 since 8 mounth,and im very happy with it. but now lines started to appear in the screan when focusing in low light and when focusing in bright light there is less line but still there.
and when the picture is taken lines are in the picture.
is this the end, will it cost me too much to fix it. i bought it used .help needed

Sounds like it needs repair. It may in fact cost more to repair than it's worth. Best send it in and see.
