I just experimented with night sky shots or star trails.

I noticed a lot of grain in the photo. Does that mean I need to clean my camera??

I shot in RAW, BULB MODE, for about 30 mins.

I have not cleand my camera before. I will read my book. Do you have any tips??

the grain has nothing to do with your camera needing to be cleaned. that is a result of higher iso settings and often longer exposures like this. I noticed however that you do have dust spots on your sensor (the few scattered dark blotches). they dont look like that big of a deal but cleaning might be in your future. they can easily be removed with the clone stamp tool.
