Posing stool ?

Anybody have a preference on a posing stool - should it swivel or not? Just wondering if it's easier to get your subjects in the exact position or do they tend to drift out of that exact position if the seat swivels. . . ? Any thoughts?

I use an adjustable height rectangular stool sold in music stores for keyboard musicians. I don't like swivel, I like to get them into position and then stay there until I am ready to change it.
