Help setting up a web site.

I just registered my own domain. I signed up for web hosting with earthlink. Now i need to set up my web site. I would like it to look something like PBASE with individual galleries linked by representative pictures. I have no idea how to do this. Can someone point me in the right direction?

You can get templates for Dreamweaver, free or with a small fee to set up your website - try http://www.templatemonster.com . You will get a ready made website, and all you have to do is to tweak a bit around and to put in your text. To install EE you need PHP and MySQL on Earthlink, and you have to integrate the link to EE into you website
