I am looking for the Canon wrist strip for my Big Ed.
Anybody got a part # and a place that sells it?
TIA

I've been curious to know exactly how useful the wrist strap is. When using the strap, are you always shooting in portrait mode or doesn't it matter?

I've used mine in both portrait and landscape orientations. I really like it for places where I don't have to walk around too much. But opt for the neckstrap when having to move alot.

I saw a post awhile back that showed how to use both at the same time, but don't remember where the post was.

I use it all the time. Always feels like I could drop the camera when I don't have the strap on it. With it, you can actually relax your hand, and it sort of 'hangs on'

JATO,

Sorry I couldn't help with your question about the wrist strap, but I do love the Hal-9000 message on your website.

LOL..thanks Steve. That drives my wife nuts. The family PC has had the windows sounds replaced with HAL clips
