PC sync cord for 20D

To use with studio light, which PC sync cord should I get for 20D. I checked B&H web site and there are lots of them, but had no idea which one to get.

What type of plug is on your lights? What kind of lights do you have?

I'm thinking about joining a group glamour shoot, and their web site suggested to bring my own PC cord just in case. I did send them an email asking what kind of cord I need to bring. I guess I should have asked what kind of lights they have.
