View Full Version : Canon \"Service\" sucks! HELP ?

Just an update on my 10D problems... Have had it for
5 months. It has a focusing problem. Canon repair in
Irvine, Ca. can't figure out how to fix it so they keep
"adjusting" it to spec and it keeps comming back STILL
NOT WORKING. It was "back focusing", they sent it back
and it was front focusing. I sent it back, they worked
on it and returned it "front focusing" now. Now they
want me to sent it again so they can "fix it". Two trips
to Canon fo far at around $70 total cost to me.

I don't know what to do now.

If there is a Canon person reading this board can you
PLEASE e.mail me. I need assistance getting my camera
to work SO I CAN MAKE MONEY WITH IT! I'm working
with; Daniel Chung - Irvine FSC Manager. He promissed
me in July "I will fix it myself". Oh well, it came back
with a front focus problem..... By the way, I send the
camera with the lense (canon) that I would like it to
work with but it's still not working right.

Sorry I can't help you with your problem but I sent my 10D and all my lenses to Canon here in Montreal. Had them back in four days and the focussing has been much much better since then.
