Very nice ... too bad they're both so unattractive :)

First look and they're all good except the first which looks like a divorcing shoot not a wedding shoot.
Having second thoughts about the rusty iron boatshed as a background?

I agree with Carzee.....it was a relief to see them so happy in the other shots. Very nice series.

If you think they're unatractive you should see some of the people around here! I think that woman's reasonably attractive.
Nice photos, I like them! :) I know they're proofs, when you process them full pay attention to WB and bump the contrast on the B&W shots. If you want to give me a high res version of #1 i'll run it thru my B&W workflow - my email is on the front page of my personal website (see my profile).
In #4 i'd desaturate the red thing between them, it's distracting. Take it to -70 instead of -100 perhaps.

For a wedding shot 1 needs some fun injected into it.(not available in PS)
But i love the mood!!!!
The rest are OK they need a little something to make them sparkle a bit.
Agree with Tim (Sexist Comment Coming) If she was cawling up the sheets towards me It wouldnt be the latest Harry Potter book id be reaching for.

Tim I think he joked about being unattractive :) That is a very handsome couple.
Your shots are, just like the last set, GREAT! You really have a great style. I agree thought that I would like to see more happy faces in wedding pictures, but the pics themselves are still wonderful!

Ah yeah, I get it now, thanks for pointing it out! I often read threads in a bit of a hurry.

I probably should have clarified that this couple have been married for 12 months.
They agreed to get kitted up for me to spend a few hours having a mock shoot. It was a lot of fun. :)

4 and 5 are great! but i agree with carzee about #1, not quite as 'happy' as the others.

I really like them, although a lot of the corners have vignetting, which I don`t care for-CS2 can sort that for you.Apologies if it was intentional.
Interesting background?

Lookin nice. My first wedding was last weekend and they rushed us so much to get the photos done, Im so not happy with them, and the bride wasnt even in a wedding dress, but they werea very nice couple.

The skin tones of #2 compared to #3 are quite different yet nearly the same pose. If it's a series of photos together wouldn't you want matching skin tones throughout all photos? That's a problem I've been having.

Yeah, that was deliberate. They were processed individually - and rather quickly.

#5 is my favorite. Is her nose pierced? It looks like a little stud in #5, but couldn't compare it with any other of her profiles, so I'm not sure - I hope it is! #8 is really pretty too, but for some reason the shadow of her hair distracted me a bit. They are a good looking couple though. I bet it was fun to dress up in their wedding attire again after a year of marriage! Beautiful photos, especially 5, 6, 7, & 8.

I'm really like 2, 4, 6. She has a great expression in 6, really makes the separated posing work, which I usually don't like. But I do in this case.
In the last shot of the bride (great shot by the way) she has some sort of mark on her chest. To me, it looks like scar tissue, but that may just be lighting/shadow from the hair?? I'd try to edit that out...

i'm not so sure about the background in 2,3,and 6. 2 has osme ski tone issues. all need some sharpening.
and what a great couple

I like them alot, I agree that #1 kinda has the wrong mood, but I like it as an image. A bit overboard with the vignetting, maybe do some custom vignettes and don't go so hard with it. Not a big fan of the slanted shots, but I can live with them. I really like the background, I reckon you could have made alot more of it, I love working with unusual backgrounds.
The images really do show up the failings of the old nifty fifty, all the shots have the soft slightly hazy look so common with this lens.
The bride however is gorgeous.

i like 'em a lot, real gebuine emotion between the couple and i'm sure they'll love them. #1 does look a bit like "we've just had a tiff" though, lol ;)
