I got lucky today, there were tons of birds at the feeders and many I could not I.D. This male EGB came along with a female who is on the other side of the feeder.

Those are my favorite grosbeaks, hands down. Nice captures. I especially like the angles of composition in the first one.

you seem to get lucky a lot of days :)
I love #1, what a great catch, often birds on feeders take away a little from a shot, but in this photo with the angle and bird in the bg it adds,
excellent colors & sharpness, IMHO a little more room at the tail.

wow,just beautyfull Paul,the female is beautyfully blured in the bg in the 1st picture and both are tack sharp,good ones.
