ok that was easy - but now can someone please tell me how to decrease the size? i'm sorry - i know this has been answered before...

The link you used to embed your image is to the file on your computer. I'm affraid the rest of us can't see it.
You'll have to store them online somewhere and then link from there. There are many available some free ones are-
Photozo.com
snapfish.com(not my favorite but it works)
imagestation.com(supported by Sony)
