Yes, they are VERY dark, I'm well aware of it thank you... These were kind of fun to shoot, the Mesa Police helicopter that you see taking off in the backround of shot #1 was putting on a show for us, essentially freefalling to the ground and pulling up at the last minute!

I like the 2nd one best, but the last is the "right light" & I wish more people here would learn to use it. A tripod helps, too.
Fixing the light levels is pretty easy in PS. Take a look at this thread for how to use a Layer Mask to selectivly lighten/darken part of a pic: Airport runway shoot (http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=117950)

if you're aware of them being dark, are you trying to photoshop them lighter?

i think you need to be more careful of where you meter off of in each scene. Looks like you metered off of the brightest reflection off the car in every photo -- which is why they came out dark. But if you were going for this, please disregard my comment then!
