View Full Version : Everybody Forgets Australia... Online Album with Client Ordering Capability

Hi Everyone,

I am seeking a website / service / template that will give me the ability to upload my photos, display them for a client and give the client the ability to order online. I have found sites such as collages.net and pictage.com, but neither are geared up for Australian users.

I love the layout and pricing for collages.net. Unfortunately, in all reality they cannot provide me their service as all pricing is in US Dollars and the customer will think they are paying one price but will be billed another that is substantially higher.

Is there anything out there that is similar to collages.net (and allows you to use your own lab) and is either based in Australia or can be configured for Australian currency?

Alternately, is there an album template that is easily configurable and is suitable for wedding photography. The templates I have found so far look good, but would take hours (if not days) to upload and manually configure each photo.

In the end, all I need is something for guests at a wedding to view photos and send orders to me. Online payment is optional.

Thank you all for helping,

Nathan

I've been considering developing a site like that for NZ and maybe Australia.

In the meantime I use http://www.eostemplate.com to collect web orders, but I do the payments manually and manually process each image before it's printed. No way am I fully working 400 wedding images further than the proof stage before someone decides to print them.

I don't know if it is good for outside of the US but check out this website.

www.weddingprints.com (http://www.weddingprints.com)

Their online album creation service appears to be very extensive, very customizable, I am considering using this service for my own business.
