can't see raw thumbnails

Only just strarted using raw since getting my 1DN. Am I supposed to see thumbnails or icons of the raw files in Bridge with CS2. If its of interest I have the 3.3 raw plugin.

If you've installed Camera Raw 3.3 in the correct place (read the instructions; under CS2 it doesn't go in the Photoshop folder), then it should work. In Bridge, try Edit -> Camera Raw Preferences... and check that the title of the resulting window says 3.3.

If that's OK, Tools -> Cache -> Purge Cache For This Folder and see if that sorts it. If that fixes it for one folder, but other folders are causing trouble, consider purging the central cache.


If it turns out that you haven't got Camera Raw 3.3 installed correctly, I'd download and install Camera Raw 3.4. The instructions tell you where it goes. Make sure you delete any copy of Camera Raw in the Photoshop folder.
