You can make the set button do certain things in the Cn menu's but almost all options are of no use for me.

I don't see the use for chancing quality or the other options, but I would LOVE to see a simple (fast way) to change from ISO or AF mode.

Is there a way arround this I'm missing ?

Greetings,
Frank

Isn't "click" a button", "rotate" a wheel fast enough? I don't think removing the "click" step would make it THAT much faster. And if you don't want to turn the wheel, then the only other option would be to "click" a button several times until you get the setting you want, which BTW would be a little slower, in my opinion, than turning a wheel.

Now, if you're talking about having a button that will allow you to flip between two selected ISO settings or AF modes at a press of a button, then I'll agree with you. That'd definitely be useful for those who like to switch between two different settings of ISO or AF modes often.

While we're building our fantasy wish list, why not ask for a switch between two (or more) complete sets of settings? There are probably a half-dozen settings sets I use again and again and again. I'd love to dial to any one of them and click between any two.

Webster,

This is IMO the biggest let down of the 10D.

I want to have instead of Canons "shooting modes" on the dial,. (ie "landscape",.. "sports" etc) I want my own pre-porgramed modes,. or the ability to alter each of Canon's modes to my liking.
