I had bad... very bad experience with Lensmate delivery to Germany. Ordered one of "the best tube" at August 19, 2003 but till today it doesnt arrive. Complain to Susan and someone else reply that it must be problem with German custom. Anyone in Europe have same experience? Lensmate said that this delivery delay happens to Germany and Netherland. Really disappointing, huh?

Hi,

I recently ordered a lensmate adapter in the Netherlands and received the package only 8 day's after ordering. I sounds like you've been just unlucky.

I ordered 2 times from Lensmate to Germany and always received the package witin 8-10 days. Do you have any specific reason to doubt Susan's answer?

I dont know... Why on my case the delivery time takes 4 (FOUR) weeks. I send email again to Lensmate / Susan but no answer. How do we track this package with Deutsche Post?

I just got email from Susan / Lensmate and she promises to re-send the shipment. I hope this time it will reach me with no delay. Thanks Susan...

Hi Pehabe,

I ordered 12th of July and received the package at the 21th of July. Very fast, indeed. No complains at all.

Finally the second shipment arrived today... Great adapter and great support from Susan / Lensmate.
This kind of product and service are higly recommended.

May I suggest changing your original message post-icon so people will not think LensMate is a bad company?
I assume there is a way to do that.
