Edit: Taken at Paestum, south of Napoli in Italy. From memory it's the temple of Neptune or some such. I'm bad about learning the actual history :) Taken with my 35. Boy I love that lens.

Lovely shot, the back/side light from the sun is nice, great detail, and your composition keeps the fence from being distracting. Could clone out a few specs of sensor dust on the left side of the frame though, but that's nothing to do with your photo. :)

Ah yes, missed that! Thanks lol. Was pretty hard to avoid dust on a six week trip and I ran out of Eclipse!

Edit: Fixed :)

Thank you for that , i thought it looked like a Greek style temple.
It is one of the best preserved Greek temples in the world.

If you want to read more about it,or edit and use the link as info, here it is (http://sights.seindal.dk/sight/90_Temple_of_Neptune.html)

There are actually three of them on the site, plus lots of ruins. I'd been to Pompeii the day before and the Paestum site is so much more accessible and tourist free. I recommend it over Pompeii for anyone travelling in that area.
