Well then, congrats, this is absolutely impressive. Great colours and reflections. Although i think it lacks a subject, something to capture the attention enough so that all the elements can be enjoyed. Without it, i find myself becoming bored with it too fast and so not enjoying all the elements the picture has to offer.
Anyway, how did you get this effect? its absolutely AMAZING! :)

It had been raining that day and the sun had just come out. Its motor oil in the parking lot, not exactly uncommon, atleast around here. I took the image looking straight down at the pavement
