Very nice Clare, I've been looking for them at their usual local haunts and they haven't shown up :( :( quite a challenge to shoot.

The foreground branches are a little distracting, but other than that its perfect. Great exposure and thats tough on this bird, Classic pose and very nice composition and BG.

This is one good shot of the Red wing blackbird singing the loudest with all it's got. Wonderful.
