My bracket just came in and I have to give a very positive review. My thanks to the Lensmate folks for designing a very nice little bracket that is very well thought out and constructed.

Not only is the hand grip far, far better, having a true neckstrap is a huge bonus too.

The Lensmate is the lowest cost of all the options I found and I could not be more pleased with it.

I also bought one and am real happy with it. It's nice to be able to put a real shoulder strap on instead of just the wrist loop. The grip is comfortable and gives a good feel. With the grip, strap, and Lensmate adapter on it sure looks like a different camera.

I just reveived mine too. With a 420EX on the camera in tends to get a bit tippy, but when it leans against your stomach it stays vertical. Nice grip (could have been a little bigger, IMO) and the tripod mount is very strong and stable. It is closer to the center of gravity, so my little desktop tripod isn't as likely to tip over.

Overall, great design.
