Apparently, the circus has million-dollar-umpteen-bajillo-watt-unobtanium-filement lighting. :)

Is Ringling Bros. the "greatest show on earth" again?

Back in the late 70's, the band Electric Light Orchestra surpassed them. The gauge used was how many trucks it took to move them. ELO had just released "Out Of The Blue", and their stage was a flying saucer. If I remember correctly, it took almost 90 18-wheelers to move that tour, where Ringling Bros. was using only about 50...

It is billed as such, but somehow I don't think "Come See The Elephants Poop, And Sit With 5,000 Screaming Kids" will attract customers. It was better than my childhood recollections.

I believe it's: "Come See The Elephants Poop, And Sit With 5,000 Screaming Kids getting louder by the minute while we fill them with sugar and give them light up spinning noise makers!"

These are really nice, great colors and clarity.

Thanks Kevin. I actually did have a great time. We went early, and were able to wander the floor while there were various variety acts.

Wow...those are some Big Kitties....Yeah that is an ugly costume. It's most likely what keeps the cats from eating him! :cool:
