Fun photos :)
I think I've said this before, but I think shutter dragging is nice if
A) it fits the artist's musical style (high energy etc)
B) it represents the movement of the subjects rather than the camera
( and C) if the goals of the photographer are in line with this type of shooting)
Because of the second opinion, the second shot, as an example doesn't really represent shutter dragging at its best - IMHO. The fourth one is more like it, although I would like to make out the performers' faces more clearly. I wonder if people agree in general with these points? I haven't seen much discussion on how shutter draggin should be done (if it is done at all), that's why I point these things out.
Anyways, I can tell you clearly enjoy the music and the photography, and that's a wonderful thing to be able to be able to capture. Thanks for sharing.

i do enough to add colors and intensity but nowhere near enough to blow or blur out details. and i never use the cornball zoom effect.

My back is feeling better so I'm a little more tolerant! Besides, while very old I am not too old to see the error of my rigid and fragile thinking. Notice that not all the shots are "shutter drag" ... some are that excellent techique "zoom the lens while shooting a long exposure!"

yes, and doing that "zoom the lens" trick is day 1 stuff, i got over that a long time ago.
