Hi guys,
I am new to this forum and photography.
Let me know what you think

http://works.myphotoalbum.com

Thanks :)

edit: Okay, I have got myself a domain, now I was wondering if there are any ideas on what software I can use to showcase my works on my website?

Anyone know of any free gallery software?

I have found this - http://gallery.menalto.com/ but have yet to have a good look.

60 views and no comments. That is either really bad or really good :)

I dont care for all the ads on there it makes the site way to busy.

Hmm, I was more asking about the pictures not the site they are hosted on. I guess I am in the wrong sub forum.

From what I can tell your pics look great.
I do think the reasons noones commenting is because of the ads.

The pictures look good. However, the presentation of your images is spoiled by all those ads!

Hi

one minor comment - there are a number of pics that are quite similar - it might be worth picking the best one and removing the others. I use a free software called jalbum for my galleries - check out http://www.mildmonkey.co.uk to see the results !!

The software was easy to use and fully customisable. There is a link to it shown in the landscape gallery I beleive... (I am in the process of rebuilding them and the link is not present on my new template!) otherwise I am sure you can find it on google!

The best DIY gallery is without doubt Exhibit Engine made by Pekka.

The ads aren't too bad - only seems like 2 of them on the page. I've never been much of a fan of animated ones, but that's just me.

Pics look good, but I was a bit confused at first how to get to your pictures. I figured it out, but it might be something to look at.

TFS!

Chunkymonkey - where are your links?

I finally found them, but only right before I was about to close the page. The hidden links don't do you any good to keep people interested in your website.
