What do you call a Fly without legs? A walk hahaha!
Sorry, on a serious note. Try converting to a black and white and make it pretty contrasty... I think it might give you more of what you want.
What Lens?
Peter.

Yeah, it is very difficult to take pictures of flies. I tried to get a bee in flight (at 300mm zoom from 8 feet away...) for about an hour. It eventually worked out, but it wasn't easy.
Your focus seems good, and it's a very clear image. The contast with the background is good, so the fly really stands out. I think the eye turned out very well, and your angle looking at the fly is good. Other than missing the tips of the legs, the composition seems good to me. I'm not sure what you're missing... maybe increase the contrast a bit and desaturate the leaf (or whatever it's standing on) to help the fly stand out. That's all I can think of. Good luck!

Thank you for your reply
In fact there are some kind of flies don't fly even you come very close, but some just fly even before you move. i took that photo with flash so that i feel it is not that much natural, i took in day light but this flight was in shadows so i couldn't have good lighting. I will take another more photos soon because i am little bit busy, and i found that i need FF camera to take fly or macro because when i come very closer then something will be missing like legs or wings maybe., with 100mm on 1.6 camera i will got 160mm and that mean i got very closer so difficult to take all the body of flight with that focal length and very close [1 cm]
