I want the best possible quality prints from my local lab. I am shooting in Jpeg high on my 10D. I do some minor corrections in PS7 then save the file and upload it to my local lab. My question is should I be saving the files as Tiffs with no compresion or as a high quality Jpeg? Doesn't a Jpeg loose some data everytime you save it? Or because I am not shooting RAW does a Tiff do anything for me?

If you don't mind the file size, TIFF sure wouldn't hurt. Jpegs are required by some labs, and I've had good results... I edit the TIFF and save final version ONE TIME as a jpeg.

Furthermore, does anyone have a suggestion for a good lab for handling digital prints? I've tried walmart and adorama. I like walmart better, their prints have good contrast and more green saturation compared to adorama. The prints are more like what's on my screen.

Try epixel.com
I used them and they were GREAT!

I would prefer saving it as Tiff because JPEG is a form of compression.

Use a tiff with no compression it's consider a lossless format.
