Behind the Historical Society in Buffalo, New York is a Japanese Garden. It covers a hill that slopes down to a lake, and continues onto a series of small islands in the lake. I'm not sure how authentic it is in terms of design or what plants are included, but it's a peaceful, lovely place to spend a few minutes.

did you saturate the colours? the greens don't look right to me in picture2

Beautiful place, but just a tad overexposed. Keep an eye on the histogram when shooting.

Looks like a lovely place. It seems that it was captured in harsh sunlight though. Best to shoot near dawn or dusk, or on a cloudy day when the light is much softer.

Looks pretty cool to me, and in Buffalo? That's neat. After the winters you have there this looks pretty relaxing.

Thank you all for the advice!

I do like a higher color saturation than most people, and I'm mildly color blind so sometimes I go a little overboard without realizing it. But you're right, these are too saturated.
