Did you hear this brand of G2 charger?

Power Smart, which is a 3rd party charger for G2 battery. It is now being sold around USD 20 in Hong Kong. Horribly cheap, but don't know hether it is reliable or not.

Today I found there is another brand of charger called DIGITAL POWER, which is also sold around USD20. The outlook is very similar to the Power Smart I mentioned.
