Fisheye?

Should i buy a fisheye lense, or is there a way to do this in photoshop? dont want to spend 600.00 if i dont have to!

Do what? Obviously you can't get a wider field of view with an image editor but you can certainly distort the image if that's all you want.

oh i didnt think of that (wider view) , i was thinking more of the effect. but good point. fisheye it is.
