Anyone make a framer for Elements4?

Looking for a framing application for Elements4 or Paintshop Pro X. The one in X is pretty weak and I don't know if Elements has one or not. I really like the one available from Mike for CS2, but don't currently have CS2.

Mike has produced some framing actions for Elements - see here (http://homepage.ntlworld.com/pooternerds/Framer/Elements%20Actions.html). There are limits as to what can be done in Elements, as it doesn't support scripting.
