Deleting Exhibition

I promise I serched the forum.

When I delete an exhibition, it automatically creates a backup of the exhibition and lists this back up in my list of exhibitions.

how do I permenately remove the exhibition from the EE interface?

You have to move the photos belonging to the deletee exhibition to another exhibition or delete those photos from database before deleting the exhibition.

In EE having photos in hidden exhibitions does not really "eat any power". Or having an exhibition that is not available to anyone. That is why I made it so that it preserves photos (photo ids) as much as it can. You might have put a lot of time to put descriptions and exif data to photos and I do not want them to be easy to delete :)

Pekka, thank you for your reply, worked like a charm... I had exhibits that where over two years old, which I had removed photos from FTP months ago, and just didnt need to keep seeing the exhibts showing... I just deleted the reference for photos in the copy/edit/delete page, and then deleted the exhibit... well done.
