Canon G1 U.S.A to U.K?

I am awaiting the arrival of my Canon G1 from
The U.S.A. Obviously it comes with a U.S A/C
Power adapter. Will a standard U.S - U.K plug
Adaptor work or will I need a USA to UK Voltage
Converter.

The charger is multi voltage, so you will be fine. In fact, I believe the mains cord is a standard type, so you could by a new cord with UK plug attached.

You will also have to switch the TV output to PAL standard if you want to show images on your TV - a simple menu item.

I bought my G1 when I lived in the US, it's working fine here in Scotland
