To anyone that can be so kind to help,
I can not download raw pictures from my S45. Windows picks up the camera and all the pictures except my raw ones. When I attempt to use BreezeBrowser it doesn't pick up my camera. Does anyone know how to download raw pictures from my camera?

From your explanation - you use Windows and possibly ZoomBrowser 4 having a downloading problem.
Try using Breeze Downloader (www.breezesys.com) to download all the images and BreezeBrowser - after that for converting Raw images.

If your computer does not recognize your S45 try connecting the camera and turn it on. Then re-boot your machine. If your OS is Windows 98SE or higher this should work.
The other alternative is to get a USB 2.0 card reader which is faster and more flexible.

RB,
This is not breezebrowser but downloader that you must use!
For the S45 and the G3 you need the downloader pro version (the free downloader didn't work) and you must buy it after the try period!
I have the downloader pro and it work very well under W98se!

I use a card reader. I open the pictures on the card using BreezeBrowser then copy them to a folder on the hard drive. Once they're in a temporary folder (I call it "Scratch Disk"). Then I do a batch conversion of the files in that folder. BreezeBrowser is smart enough to put the converted files in a separate directory. I can then manipulate them and send them off to a permanent home on the hard drive. I then move or copy the original RAW files to a backup folder on the hard drive or a CDROM.

Notice the originals are still on the Compact Flash card...

BreezeBrowser's RAW file conversion works great. I use the "as shot" option in the batch mode then go back to re-convert any that need it, usually ones with improper white balance.

Thank you all for all your suggestions. I have spent countless hours trying to bring this to a resolution and have not prevailed. I am really baffled as to why it won't work. I am running Windows XP. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling drivers. I have used zoom broswer. I have tried restarting the computer with the camera on. I have tried download pro and breeze broswer with no success. I followed all the instructions under each software help. Nothing has worked. My final attempt is to purchase a card reader online. I am praying this will work, otherwise I will not be able to take raw pictures. :(

Thanks everyone for your help.
