Dead Pixel ? *Need Advice*

Hello Canon friends :)


I have used 2 new different lens's. First I though it was a bird, and I wish I could put up a better picture.
This is a shot of blue sky~~but when I blow up the picture it reveals a square pixel jag. Do you think it's a dust bunny or a dead pixel. Looking for some help. Thinking maybe I need to return the camera.

Looks like dust to me. I've gotten in the habit of blowing off the sensor at the beginning and end of every shooting session. You can easily edit things like that out of the pictures, but it's obviously better if you don't have to.

I agree. That's dust. Clean your sensor.
