For the record, I have no clue who that person is. She just happened to be in the shot when I took it.

Yes beautiful, the girl adds interest to the shot looking into the sunset or is she taking a photo as well?

Oh, i love sunrises and sunsets. Thanks for posting and it doesn't matter if you knew who the person was, just taking out your camera and going for it is what's important.

Very nice, it would have been a super shot even without the person but the person just adds to it.

superb capture but the tree is a bit overwhelming.
Taking the shot from a lower angle (close to the sand) would make a big difference i think.

I love it. Kinda wish the tree weren't cut off on top and left and kinda with the sun weren't so centered, but still a wonderful shot!

I agree, I would have liked to have seen the complete tree in the upper left hand side. However, it's still a great shot with the girl sitting in the tree.

Nice photo, with the girl adding an extra interest to the shot.

Thanks for the comments!

I think I have a shot somewhere in my collection with the entire tree in the picture.

This is a 3 shot exposure bracketed picture so that I could get both the detail of the sky and the girl in the same image.

The tree fills the screen perfectly and the blue dress really sets it off...nice shot

Can you expand upon this comment more Dimitri and how that would change the picture?
