My Mac G4 won't recognize my new Lexar firewire card reader. It's on OS 9.2. My iMac and Powerbook, both on OS 10.2 have no problem and the Lexar works fine. I queried Lexar. The tech rep offered suggestions. I followed them. Still won't work. The tech rep gave up and referred me to his boss, who does not answer my email. Any ideas, group? All the usual culprits have been checked (firewire extensions checked, etc.)
