Seems every one talk it and know it. Looking myself likes come from different world to figure out how to set up my D30 to shoot Tiff Raw image. I can not find it anywhere my the manual I have. Any one give me a clue?

You cannot shoot directly in TIFF format. You can shoot in the Canon RAW format with the file type CRW.
CRW files can be converted to TIFF files using the Canon provided software ZoomBrowser or the shareware; BreezeBrowser or Bibble.
You select the RAW format on the camera by using "menu", "quality", and "RAW".

You also need to be in one of the manual modes. Some of the automatic modes don't support RAW.
Converting to RAW takes a little more time, but it's well worth it.
