Shot inbetween rain showers, the light and sky was so-so. I should maybe have used some fill flash.
C&C very welcome!

WOW. Color rendered by 300mmL 2.8 IS to me is better than reality. It always stands out so uniquely. I do not think you needed any fill in. THis is outstanding as is.

Thanks! The 300/2.8 is indeed magical. Re. fill flash, I was mostly thinking of lightening shadows and maybe getting to see more of the eyes of the riders if possible.

Those are great shots. The second is my favorite.
Thanks! A bit of a show-off, don't you think? :)

These are some amazing pictures! I love #3 the most. The colours are so vibrant. Thats how the lens brings the colours out, you didnt use any ps to enhance any of thoes colours? Or did you boost up some of the colours in a ps? Amazing quality I love the pictures. Im an ATV racer myself.

Thanks! I did use RAW so a lot of stuff happens at conversion but I didn't change the colors other than indirectly through the adjustments of shadow/highlight, levels and contrast.

Love number 3,great capture. The 300 is a great lens but sometimes a bit big to lug round an MX track, but the quality of the images it produces is second to none.
