Nice, but sky's too bright.
Perhaps using a pol-filter and 2 stops less (that's how I would do it...)
Or perhaps this picture and the same with enough stops less to have a nice sky and paste the two together...

Yes, a nice blue sky would be nice. The white cloudy sky does nothing for this as there is no definition or shading anywhere in the sky.

A setting sun might make this photo grand (behind you or behind the rocks). Also, a more natural view (without mown grass, fence and buildings) might move it up a notch too.
