First Post - Water Volcano

Hi folks..

First post.

Just really started playing with my camera 'properly' after several years of doing the obligatory family shots..

This took about 30 shots using a home made light tent and an accurate eye & lots of luck to get the drop to land in the middle of the bowl and have the camera fire at the correct moment...

Normal water with a bit of blue food die.. Taken at 1/200 @ f11 at 200mm.

On camera flash was a 380ex ( dropped 3 days ago ) but gave me a reason to convince the good lady I needed a 580ex!!

Little retouching done apart from some cropping. Your comments and critique for me to improve my techniques would be greatly appreciated.
