Studio Lighting How To

Hello Everyone,

I have visited the House pf Photography web site that displays the work of one of the frequenters of this site. I am really impressed with the skin tones and general lighting and color of his work.

Can anyone tell me where to go to learn how to get that type of skin tone and richness?

I use a Novatron lighting system and have a few reflectors and such, but I can not seem to reproduce that level of lighting quality.
