This image is untouched apart from adjusting the levels a little to get teh Blues to be a little bit stronger !

Could I improve this any in PS7 or could i have taken it any better ?

Think you could have tried to get more of the light/life in his eye, wait 'til he turned his head a bit more toward you, or move yourself abit more to the left 'til you got it just right.
