Please help with a project

In order for me to do some reporting for work could I ask you to give me your impressions, thoughts, knowledge of the following cities in the UK:

Manchester
Liverpool
Newcastle
Leeds

Any thoughts, comments, etc would be most helpful.

Of those i've been to Liverpool and Newcastle. I thought Newcastle was a pretty cool city. I only spent a day or so there, so i don't have much info.

Liverpool I spent some time in, and found it to be a "smaller" type city. I didn't really care for it much, but if you like the Beatles it is a great place ;) I didn't find Liverpool to be all that clean of a city either.
