What is the diffrence between Cmyk - RGB - and lab- colours ?

Which of the above should i choose to get the best printing results ?

Thats an entire can of worms your asking about. It depends on so much that that there just isnt a single answer.

You can use RGB for home based stuff and messing around and professional inkjet printing.

CMYK is generally for going to prepress and for final printing with plates and a four color press, such as in advertising, commercial phtography and the like.

LAb is used in device independant work flows, it works great for going from one device to another and maintaining the look of a image. It is also an internal format used by Photoshop when changing an images format.

The things you need to do before you can ask your question are as follows.

What printer are you using or are you going to a pro job?

Does it have to be archival? What about color corectness, is it important?

What size image are we talking about for the final output?

Should the print be archival and on what kind of media do you want it printed?
