no, I certainly was not trying to rib or even rip you off sandy :)
this was only put here as a joke.
hope everyone understands that
I am not a feminist (whatever 'that' is exactly :D )
and I do not believe God is a woman
and thank God for that
nothing against women etc etc
but.....................
he is 'Our Father'
so that leaves out the question of he/she.

I saw the joke pinned on a wall in the parish office when I was there the other day
and just got a copy .... for a laugh. hoping it would bring laughs

I took it only as a joke and that was my attempt at a humorous rebuttal, reference to adam's rib and the apple from Eden You know that whole creationism stuff and original sin ( brought on by a woman I might add ) :D Gary Larson is one of my favorites, and my favorite of all time is the "Chickens of the Mist" cartoon. I've got about 4 of his books, yes I have a twisted sense of humor ( nothing like sipping some fine single malt scotch and reading Larson I always say :) )
