Just looking for some critiques on this edit. Not so much for comp. but for post processing. I was trying for a lush foliage look. Thanks. Before picture is only resized. no PP on it.

The original is washed out, lacks contrast, however the second has has nice rich colours, with good contrast - much better!

My only complaint is that what looks like the sky to me through the foliage (spot in the middle, far right and left side) is still the original color.

Just clone some bushs over the tough sky spots. Good PP.

I have started to use the AEB feature and then blend the photos and using layer masks.

Great start

I like it, but I think the saturation (in the sky especially) is a little high. But that's just a matter of preference, I think.

Those are light colored buildings and a house that you see through the gaps. I probably will clone over those spots because you cant tell what it is unless you zoom in.
As far as the sky goes, It may be oversaturated but Im not on a calibrated monitor yet so its hard for me to tell(OLD CRT HERE) I'll be getting a 19" lcd this month so that might help once it is calibrated. Saturation looks fine on the crt but I checked it against my brothers lcd and it looks total different.

I do appreciate all the C&C. Im still wet behind the ears when it comes to photography and PS.

Ok, dropped the saturation by 25 and cloned out the buildings. Looks better?

Oh, ok, I hate being color blind...

I liked your first "retouched" version (in the OP).. but I *LOVE* your second version.
