not sure why (if anyone can explain why would be interested in knowing) but the sunsets in sydney over the last couple of weeks have been rather cool cloudy sky with BRIGHT orange sun shining through to create quite amazing skylines, anyway here they are on two seperate days

I like the last one the best. VERY cool colors. Were you actually up on the roof of that building?

Well, a CP filter is a MUST. What else would you like to know?

I noticed the dramatic color in the sky when I was in Sydney as well. I am coming back in about a week, so I hope they are still there so I can take some more shots with the new lens.

I always focus on the clouds. Here are some I shot yesterday using the CP filter. :D

I love the last four.
I hear that the sunset depends on cloud formation and the amount of methane gas in the atmosphare.
Also a ND grad helps alot if you shoot sunsets with landscape as a fg.
